Massively crooked haircut with weird chunks missing. Had to go elsewhere and lose several inches more to reduce the damage. It will take a year to get my hair back. 2nd stylist reports doing frequent repairs from that shop.
It has been a long time since my daughter and myself have hade a hair cut and style change. We are very happy with the new look Rue gave us . Rue is fabulous!
Did online check in for my 2 boys for a haircut. We usually see James however he was not there. So there were 2 other women working. The wait time said 65 minutes. There were 4 people ahead of us on the check in queue but no one was in the store or have not arrived yet. The 2 ladies took forever to finish a customer. Then took another 10 minutes to clean up. Then someone walked in to return something and they started talking about where to get their nails done for another 10mins. Like really. She could have attended to my kids within that time frame. There was no sense of urgency and they were closing in 45 minutes with 6 more people on the list.. Then the online came in and I just walked out because the rate they were going I would have left there 8pm. I waited 45mins in the sfore and there were 4ppl ahead and my check in time said my wait was 65mins. So I had to wait another 65 mins. They were no where close to attending to us.
All of the places I called were not available and we just happened to pass great clips. It was the best cut my 2 kids have got in a long time. Both said that they want to come there from now on! I wish I remembered the name of the woman who cut their hair because she was the best. She was so nice and communicated so well with my kids.nThank you!nVPadovano
