Worst haircut and blowout of my life - no exaggeration. I was told the girl who would be cutting my hair was 'excellent' when I asked about experience level. While in the chair she told me herself she just graduated from the Aveda institute one month prior (one month!!) She continued to struggle with cutting my hair, she was actually cutting against the pattern of my last cut (which I loved). Finally she got so perplexed she stopped and asked for help. Jasen, the salon owner, had to finish the cut but it was still lopsided as the girl had cut one side too short. Jasen was condescending in his tone to me and insisted the bad haircut was due to 'miscommunication'. Really?!? My advice is to avoid this place.
WONDERFUL experience with Alexandria!!! She was attentive and understanding of what I was looking for in a hair style. I have Never been so happy with a haircut like I was with this one! I can’t say enough about Alexandria’s beautiful personality! EVERYONE should have a hair stylist like her! She was kind and personable and compassionate. The Greatest by Far!!!! My daughter is going to her next week as well after hearing about my experience and excitement over my beautiful new look!!
