Amber Thompson is my favorite yoga instructor! She gives amazing flow routines and her advanced training really shines through. She comes to my place of business and provides calming and relaxation sessions that everyone benefits from in person and virtually!
Amber is the best- so patient and caring. Her energy really transpires through her practice. Whether it’s virtual or in person I always know our sessions are going to be AMAZING!
Really opened my eyes to Yoga. I’ve never felt so relaxed and stress free. Amber is an amazing teacher and really knows how to guide someone with no yoga experience through the process. Will be booking another session soon!
