Always impressed with how fast and efficient the team at Grease Monkey works. If they spot something else that they think needs attention they make sure to let you know, that’s always helpful. Highly recommend this business! I go here for oil changes, and updating my vehicles registration and emission checks.

I am so super impressed with my experience today. I went in for an Emissions test and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (during my lunch hour no less!). Little did I know, they are a One Stop spot, where they will file your Registration right there! It was absolutely worth the extra cash. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I am super happy with my experience today. Thank you!!

I have used this location several time and they have always done great. Two things were different this time. When I checked in I asked to not have my engine air filter checked and the information was not passed on and they brought it in to me. The bigger issue was that the interior of the car was not vacuumed. My wife is driving to Idaho today and I wanted her to have freshly changed oil and a vacuumed car. Vacuuming is part of your 16 point service. It’s listed on your website and on the receipt. On the receipt it was marked as “not completed”. I didn’t notice until I was almost home. I am not terribly upset but I paid for it and should have received it.

Was so much a better experience than at Jiffy Lube. I haven't used the Jiffy Lube's in Logan but just the ones in the Salt Lake Valley. They would never air up tires like they said they would or top fluids or vacuum or really anything. But at my first visit to Grease Monkey in Logan they did everything they said they would because I watched them through the window. The young lady who takes your information at the front desk was also very dedicated and took her job very seriously and was very customer service oriented. Very unlike the Jiffy Lube's in Salt Lake City. I am definitely coming back to this location especially on Wednesdays which are ladies days. I received 10% off and got a long stemmed Carnation which was a really nice touch. Also another lady that was getting her oil changed told me that at the dealership where she bought her car they told her they only refer their customers to Grease Monkey for oil changes and such. Update Oct 2020: Had a great experience with a gentleman helping me with my tires. I was not strong-armed to replace tires, but he did warn me of their wear. I will likely be replacing the car soon so won’t be buying tires but if I do decide to buy tires and keep the car a little longer I will certainly buy them from grease monkey since the gentleman was so helpful and honest with me.

I called the owner - Keith, as my car engine was billowing smoke in the Angies parking lot. One of their techs came over & got my car safely functional enough to where I could get it to their shop. Once I was there - the tech was incredibly educational & explained exactly what was wrong. He was very honest about the time & cost and the reasoning behind all of it. Very ethical & a very positive environment. Absolutely would recommend using them.
