Cache Valley Glass has a really horrible scheduling system. They are run by very kind people, but their organization as a company leaves customers falling through the cracks. I've used them for 5 different window jobs. The installers are very friendly and kind. The person who answers the phone tells you "I'll make a note" and then nothing happens. The most recent job I hired them for, they came out and took measurements. After not hearing any updates from them, I called and asked for an update. I was told the part had been ordered and they had it. They said they'd "make a note for installation." After POLITELY calling once a week, for the past 6 weeks, for an update and to remind THEM to put me on the schedule, and being told that they'd "make a note to get me on the schedule" I finally actually demanded a specific date and time to be on the calendar. I was told I should find someone else for the job. I'll happily remove this post if the company reaches out to me to actually get me on their schedule. This was my 100% honest and true interaction with them.
