Had my side dump for about a month and made my first trip on it down to Daytona and my bracket broke. Used safety wire to hold until I got back and call Bagger Brothers. They made it real simple asked a few bike questions and my address and sent me a complete installation kit free of charge. I was willing to pay but they sent it no questions asked. That is amazing customer service to stand by there products and the pipe is loud af. I love it will more business in the future. Two thumbs up 4sure!!!
Just received what I thought I had ordered, new Ciro LED filler turn signals for my 2017 Harley Ultra Limited. I open a box containing bubble wrap with two open turn signals, a bag of parts, no instructions or packing list. Upon examination this appears to be returned items that have be repaired and touched rather poorly with black paint. These were not sold/advertised as used, displays, or remanufactured, but new.
I had called and spoken with an associate and they said they can get my parts for a 2005 Honda Goldwing and then when I drive there which is about an hour away they were mot able to that disappoint.
