They get busy but they service is worth the wait

I dont usually complain when the service and job was done right. However I made an appointment about a week in advanced. Upon arrival 2 people without appointments were able to get in line and go ahead of me. I believe they should have a better system to honor appointments over walk-ins. Other than that specific problem, the job was done well, tires were very reasonable in price. Thank you.

Dwight made a same day appointment for me and patched my tire in a timely manor. His kindness made my day. I’m very grateful.

I'm not sure how these recent reviews are so bad but I recently came back for the second time this year and first time was a good experience the time took a bit longer but they were understaffed and had a bit of work on their hands for 4 people in total, they even stood past closing time just to get my car to me. This time I assume I was lucky enough to run into the same guy who serviced me last time and another pleasant experience the timing was 30min more than the estimated time but this time they had consistent costumers in and out. The other guy who also dealt with the customers seemed to be fine as well and just as knowledgeable as the man who took care of my car. The people doing the work on side I'll say the mechanics or technicians whatever you'll call em dont say anything but you can understand they are constantly doing physical labor I wouldn't expect them exactly the happiest people especially how hot it is lately but I find the place is just fine no reason to bad mouth them just got to try and be understanding especially when someone is working.
