Fast, great sandwich, nice staff. Did I mention it was fast? That's why I love Jimmy Johns. I don't have to wait 30min in line to get a quick sandwich. Thanks Jimmy. ud83dude1c

I love Jimmy John’s and as a result have visited many. These folks are super nice and we’re awesome to deal with. We visited on January 1st, when many are off work, the team on hand that day had great attitudes and were very kind. Gwyneth in particular went above and beyond to assist us. Rock star crew at a top shelf JJ’s!

Freakishly slow. Usually they are good, but today i had to wait almost 45 minutes for my order... unacceptable! I placed my order on the web and when I got to the drive thur, they said sorry it's noy ready yet. I ordered it 45 minutes before coming.nnI went March 2021 around 11:15AM EST.nnUpdate, I reached out after 12 hours to JJ corporate. They indicated someone from the store will contact me. A week later nothing. As much as I love Jimmy John's, go here if you want to wait forever for something that should be fast. The owner will not make things right when it is bad service.

Great service, great subs. The employees are always friendly and efficient. Also, the manager is extremely great at what he does.. always kind, helpful, and accommodating.

A sub is a sub is a sub. Fresh squishy french bread, crisp vegetables and not too much condiments on their recommendations on the menu. If you alter the design of their suggestions...remember that YOU did. It's a weekly grab especially while being a rewards member.
