I placed a mobile order well ahead of time to pick up in store. I walked to the mobile pick up area and waited for over 10 minutes before finally having to interrupt someone to let them know I had a mobile order. At other Starbucks I’ve been able to walk up and they automatically ask if I have a mobile order. I know server also other people also walked up to the mobile order station and stood there just waiting. Once I was finally able to tell them my order it took 10 seconds to hand it to me since it had been ready since before I got there. I understand they were busy but my order was already done. I shouldn’t have had to wait that long

We mobile ordered two frappes. After waiting in a very long line of 15+ cars, they gave us the frappes. They were completely melted and tasted bad. Other Starbucks I’ve been too would have remade them or at least added ice but here they gave us extremely melted frappes. You could easily see that it was liquid and the whipped cream was melted in

Waiting in line 24 minutes in drive through to get cold and dry croissants, spoiled oatmeal as it got already cold and water wasn’t added enough to soften it! Extremely bad service.nThey are blocking building entrance so no exchange or asking for straw or spoon or bag of sugar if they wouldn’t give it. And usually they wouldn’t.nTerrible.nAnd every time the same. No improvement!nNever again.

Drove all this way for the caramel frappuccino and a hibiscus tea and a lemon loaf and a chocolate croissant and the infamous cake pops, thank you Starbucks for the years of fulfillment
