This branch has really gone down. Awful customer service! Even considered leaving PNC all together because of this branch location. Had to go to another location just to get my questions answered. If you are going to bank with PNC don't waste your time with this branch location.
Great customer service
Robert, the branch manager, has been nothing but helpful and courteous to us. We have had moments where he didn't have to step in but he did and took care of us and our accounts.nWhen the time is right we will gladly come back to open new accounts with Rob's branch because we have been treated so well here.
