Tire Shop Fernandez

I came in for a used tire in 195 size, they rolled me out a bald tire and asked $45 for it. I told them i could get a better deal down us1 and they told me best they can do is $40. I used to really like this place, must be new management or owner cause the last two times they just seem to want to make as much money off their customers as possible.

Woke up for work with major tire issue . I was in the parking lot waiting for them to open. They hooked me up with a good newer tire and had me rolling down the road ready for work before they even opened for business. Very friendly and speedy service!

Went here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and bought a used tire. Service was amazing then. Over the 3 weeks I had been having problems keeping the tire inflated. Found out there were two very small holes in it. Now I don't know where these holes could have come from or if I bought it like that. I went there today to get another used tire which was tested already for holes and had good tread on it. I mentioned the problem and the associate was able to give me a discount because of what happened. Great service, great guys who work there, great place. Would highly recommend.

My honest opinion about this place.. the customer service is very terrible and the all seem completely lost. They seem like they don’t know what they are talking about nor do they know what they are doing.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this place if they don’t want to get ripped off being charged a lot of money when the mechanics there don’t know what to do at all there to fixing cars! When I was there 2weeks ago before going to set an appointment to getting my car fixed a mechanic named Ivan mentioned he’d be able to get me a rental car to use so I could go into work and leave my car there at the shop so they fix my car but when I showed up to get the rental car the next day in the morning the other mechanic mentioned that it was a new guy and he didn’t know what he was saying or doing that there wasn’t any rental cars... so my man and I had to risk driving my car which wasn’t right I wasn’t angry but it is very unprofessional to be lying and not be able to get me the rental car when I needed that help... so yesterday I went to go to get my Control Arms fixed i waited about 5HOURS to getting that fixed up and it’s still acting up and doing the same thing but worse. The car isn’t alined correctly. And especially my car isn’t going straight like it should when I’m driving straight I have to turn & put my wheel a certain way for it to go straight which is annoyingly frustrating and I owe the finance $1,328.92 for them making my car worse than it already was... I don’t recommend anyone going into this place especially women because the moment they see women coming into the shop to getting their cars fixed the mechanics will take advantage of you lady’s. These mechanics are such liars. So don’t go there if you want to save your money and not waste your time with people that don’t know what they are doing or fixing and are lost most of the time.

A hundred bucks for two good used tires on my Honda pilot. I drove my car into the bay and they allowed me to stay in my car and enjoy my AC while my car was lifted and my tires were changed within 20 minutes. They had their masks on and they were sweating all together working hard. all around it was an excellent experience these guys deserve all the customers and praise they can get.
