My experience at the Tire Choice of Melbourne was very pleasant. The shop was clean and organized. The customer service I received was courteous and the issues with my vehicle were explained to me thoroughly and clearly. I needed my vehicle repaired to suit my work schedule and they accommodated me as promised. The issues I had with my vehicle were successfully repaired and have had no issues since the repairs. The cost for the repairs was less than I anticipated. Again, my experience was pleasant and exceeded my expectations based on previous experiences at other repair shops. I’ve very happy I selected Tire Choice. Since my husband passed away I’m now taking on the responsibility of vehicle maintenance. It can be very overwhelming trying to decide on a tire store and then decide on a tire. I decided to go with the store with the highest rating and then focused on their tires. I wanted a comfortable and quiet riding tire. The buy 2 get 2 tires sale was running for Labor Day so I decided to go with the Goodyear Assurance ComforTred under this offer. It seemed like the perfect tire based on its specs and client reviews. Lance was wonderful to work with and said I did a good job with my selection. He offered his assistance and phone number should I ever have any issues, questions or need advise in the future. Who does that these days! I also needed an alignment and oil change.
