I haven't had a single problem with this branch every time I came in they gave me great service and always asked how my day was. They got my loans done within 45 minutes and they are really a good bank.
Web site is unsecure http not https as it should be. Now more fees then the bigger banks. They basically wont loan money for a home or personal loan even though I have banked with them 20 years and great credit score. Don't waste your time here they are not keeping up with the times and there web site will get you hacked.
Customer service is a joke and this new system is unsecure and not working. Plan withdraw all my$$ and go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and don't bank here!
