Whittle's Mini Storage

Whittle's has been great. They always call me back quickly to answer my questions if i miss them and leave a voicemail, have 24 hour access, prices cant be beat, and they've always been really great with their customer service. That low review obviously isn't from them. This place gets five stars from me. Thank you guys! It's like the best kept secret that shouldn't be secret.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Don't use # WHITTLE's.nnThey put a roof on my house in August. We had two major leaks that went from the roof through the second floor down to 3 ft of the floor on the first floor. The brick on the outside wall was so saturated with water that you could visibly see it was wet for 2 weeks after the leak. The roof went on the 27th and 29th of August. The first leak was on Sept 9th and the second on Sept 16 after telling them about the second leak and they did nothing on the 9th until it leaked a week later on the 16th. The roof was not 100% installed leak free until Sept 30. David was the individual they sent to have do the indoor repair and he admitted to not knowing or having experience with plaster. They originally said we could have David or our own person do the repair. Not trusting David we had a few people come out and they told us they didn't want to say anything bad about Whittle's Roofing. In November after finally finding someone who would do the work and give us a quote I took it to Whittle's and again they did not respond. After calling them tonight they told us that they would only pay for David to finish work, give us our deposit back, or see us in court. Their is over 10k in home repair damage and at least 5k in personal property that's been damaged. And they complained to me that they already spent 7k in additional repairs because their crew did such a bad job. Do not use WHITTLE'S , terrible work followed with terrible customer service. If I could give ZERO rating I would, but this is the LOWEST RATING possible.
