This & That Auto Repair

Don’t be in too big a hurry. Had to have engine replacement and it takes time but it’s also hard to get something done when you show up to work at any old time you feel like it. Things started bad from the beginning. I’ll make it brief but believe me when I tell you this bunch was a lot of headaches. Knowing my motor that I had paid him for was being delivered was a no show at 10:30 am on the day of delivery! I stood in the parking lot and watched my new motor be hauled off for redelivery because, although I had paid, the mechanic had not and driver could not leave the engine without the business owner being there to pay for it! 10:30am folks! Long story short, not very dependable to be at work, had to constantly go by just to make sure of work being done on mine to find others being shuffled in front of mine multiple times, asking for money before job is done, tells you he will take care of something and make it right but only talk, vehicle had multiple cosmetic issues that were non existent before turning it over to him, and all in all just very unprofessional. Do not recommend. My vehicle still isn’t right and it’s things he worked on and said he would make right. Headache from the get go. By the way, 2 months after motor was delivered before I got the vehicle back. This for a 12 to 24 hour job. Yes, it was a good price for labor but so what if you have to have someone go behind and clean up the mess?!?! I have seen your reply. Believe me, you will never see any vehicles from myself or anyone willing to listen again. You say a lot but I have pictures and records to the contrary. I have record of the motor having to be redelivered. I was the one standing at YOUR business in which you were absent from at 10:30 in the morning to watch them haul it back off until either myself or the delivery driver could get you to answer your phone. You can try to sugarcoat all problems as much as you like, but I’m more than willing to show you or anyone considering using your “services” the concrete facts. I’ll be sure to send you my bill for the running board, light fixture, license plate holder, and center caps so that I might recoup all the extras that you managed to squeeze out of me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. No professionalism and absolutely cannot trust what you are told. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Wonderful experience. Fit me in to his schedule and really helped us out. We needed our truck for a construction project over the weekend. Quality work, honest and got to work on the truck right away. I’m also thankful for the kind gift of toys for the kids as they waited. I will highly recommend.
