I used Heroes Moving and Storage to move a baby grand piano from one house to another in the same city, and was very pleased with them! I had to reschedule several times due to bad weather, and everyone was very responsive and accommodating. On the day of the move, the team showed up on time and did an efficient but very thorough job - I felt that the piano was very safe throughout! Nothing was damaged at all. Also, the price was much lower than other piano moving companies I considered in the area. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing company that helped me move my mom from her home for many years into condo. We had lots of issues and they came to my rescue to help solve them all. Hard working and super considerate. From Lori to Cory to all the movers, it was a fantastic experience. Would not use anyone else in the Richmond area.

Geary and his team were great!! Real pros. I have moved a lot in my history and have encountered many non-professional crews resulting in damage. With these guys, it was a smooth move. I have heavy furniture and own a lot of stuff and moved out of a 2 story house. Geary and his crew were able to handle it all, wonderfully!! I know some people who will be moving in the near future and will recommend them. Thanks for helping to ease the stress of moving.

Great communication from everyone. Everything was explained well, and pricing was reasonable. On moving day, the movers were on time, friendly, and most importantly, moved my items with care. Very easy to work with -- would use again.

Great crew and highly recommend! I used Heroes Moving to get a fridge up a tight stairway that another company refused. The movers got the job done quickly. They were professional and very careful with moving the heavy item. Well done!
