Traveling and needed to do some personal banking. Set an appointment up online. Austin called to confirm and was waiting when we got the. One of the nicest and most professional interactions we have had. Thanks for taking care of us! Everyone was so friendly
Just waited in the drive-thru banking line in ABINGDON, VA for 45 minutes. The car in front of me was doing multiple transactions. All drive-thru lines were filled, and I couldn’t get out of line—was pinned in. The bank closed the drive-thru at 12 with multiple cars waiting in all the lines. Needless to say, I was not able to take care of my business. In this situation why could they not let the person with so many multiple transactions come into the bank. I have NEVER had an experience like this.
Austin offered excellent service in helping me with my online checking account and only took about 15 minutes! The tellers were helpful and polite because I wasn't sure where to go, and the facility was clean.
