Try one of Mosaic’s Bennys at brunch. Poached eggs cooked exactly to my liking and pan fried root veggies browned just right for a rustic breakfast plate. In-house smoked salmon notched up traditional eggs Benedict. So much fun to sample their Mimosa flight. If I had to pick just one it would def be pomegranate ginger. Decor was cute and a bit kitschy in the currently-in-favor urban farmhouse style.nnI’d love to give Mosaics another try with the hope that the atmosphere would be different. On a Sunday afternoon a seemingly drunk woman two booths away from my party was shrieking, squealing, singing, and yelling across to acquaintances the entire time. Apparently a current or former employee that was at turns shushed and egged on. It’s unfortunate that management could not control the situation. We could not converse with each other at my table which ruined an otherwise delicious and fun $30 meal.

This is a new restaurant away from all the chaos of the city or Cary street. Plenty of parking. Food has very nice taste. Its not typical blend food with no kick. I have tried several things and loved each and everything. Several options for Vegetarians.

LOVED the food and the atmosphere... we had a really sweet server too. The only thing that detracted from our experience was a worker by the name of Cooper who not only nearly ran us over and dropped the door on my friend and me without apology or even an excuse me, but proceeded to instead yell at my friend for her mask. Granted, my friend was using a thermal headband as a mask and was in the wrong, but nowhere near merited the way we were spoken to. As we were eating we saw this same woman approaching tables to talk with patrons without her mask on. She was incredibly rude and hypocritical.

We were happy to be seated outside on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Lunch was underwhelming. The fried green tomatoes in the fried green tomato stack were over fried and greasy. The short ribs in the keto bowl were delicious but the Brussel sprouts were oily and the daikon potatoes were underdone. The sesame chicken salad’s menu description was inaccurate. The chicken was coated in a ginger/sauce that seemed a little heavy. The snow peas and walnuts seem to be missing. The staff was attentive and polite. Willing to overlook the inconsistency in the food to enjoy an otherwise pleasant outdoor dining experience.

Finally tried this place. Amazing food. Loved the decor. Great staff. I recommend the short rib keto bowl. Heaven in a bowl!
