I’ve worked with this company on home repairs in the past and had nothing but positive experiences until this year.nnMy daughter called the company per my referral to have an estimate on the work she needed done in her bathroom. The service member sent out was wonderful, informative and so polite.nnThat is until we received our “quote” and called with questions regarding the amount.nThis company quoted 600$+ to partially wallpaper a HALF bathroom in a 700 square foot apartment...nnWhen we left questions with the receptionist we were rushed off the phone and told “someone will get in touch”.nAlmost 2 days later we receive an email from the gentleman that came up with our quote amount. There was not a SINGLE effort made to attempt to explain the pricing, reasons behind, as well as what the process would even involve. Furthermore, we were told that our “pricing concerns” must be because we didn’t fully research or understand what kind of job we wanted preformed.nI have NEVER as a customer Or consumer had an employee insinuate that I was incompetent in understanding the job I’m requesting work on or in.nExcept for HJ Holtz & Son.nAs a single mother raising a daughter. I’m horrified at the Misogynistic approach to business this company has. I will never recommend this company for any sort of work.nSincerely,nI’ll be sure to use Michael and Son in the future.

Holtz & Son spent 7 weeks in our home this past winter. working on various paint projects. My husband and I could not be more happy & impressed with their work. We were blown away by the level of professionalism and attention to detail that every member of the Holtz & Son Team provided during the project. They exceeded our expectations at every turn. We have no regrets in hiring them, and neither will you.

Very detailed explanation of services that would be provided with the option to edit to meet our budget and/or desires. The painting crew was always prompt, polite and attentive to details. They addressed any questions or concerns I had in real time with a pleasant attitude.

Excellent service and craftsmanship to the point that I’m excited to find more projects to hire them for!nRick did a phenomenal job bringing my vision for the stairwell to life through custom woodwork. Guillermo is so skilled and brought the rooms to life with his flawless painting. The wallpaper installation was well done and surprisingly quickly completed - I still get a kick out of showing people the light switch. Also Susan and Carol, in the office, are patient, friendly, and always open to answering my questions.

Our golden oak front double door was in sad shape due to sun exposure over several years. Logan, of Holtz and Son, brought it back to life. It took a lot of elbow grease and diligence, not to mention patience on his part. We are very happy with the outcome. Communication was superb. Very punctual. Very professional. Highly recommended.
