Joyce is so nasty on the phone. Telling her to what I can afford. She goes and hangs up the phone on my face. Specifically during this time. And she not being understanding. I might need to talk to someone who knows how to do their job. Because she's really don't.

This is a great firm. Their collections section is helpful anddoes all to help to solve issues..
