I had a small logistical issue with pickup/drop off that resulted in me being charged more than usual. Autumn was quick to correct the discrepancy and give a refund, great experience!
Super simple to get my reserved truck and go!
The first time I came to get my truck the staff was good when I came later for my auto transport this was not the case. There were people hanging out with the employees in the store. The truck we rented for a one way move several states over was a nightmare. I moved alone with my kids since my husband is deployed and the truck was having issues such a violent shaking in the interstate which thankfully only happened one time. It had a cylinder misfiring which made it jerky but not unbearably so. The charger ports for my phone were both broken so my phone kept dying since I needed the gps. Which was really pleasant for the over 1300 dollars I spent getting the truck I wish I would have spent the little extra more and got a Penske. Then it came time to turn in my truck and I get the behometh all the way to the return place listed in my contract to be told that they can’t take my truck and I can just drive down the road towards another town and I’ll see some uhauls outside of another business. Thankfully the person who took my truck and transport was way better than the first store I got it from. If you need a uhaul in Norfolk Va go to military hwy!!!!! Not downtown! But at all cost probably just avoid uhaul !!!
This is the worst storage unit that I have ever seen in my life. I had move all my stuff after a month in this location. Do not choose this place, if you do, you are going to be very uncomfortable every time you go check your stuff. Good luck if you choose this place.
We ran into some complications but Velma made everything so much better! She is so kind and so understanding! She’s knowledgeable about the job and she will help you with any questions you have. She is all around a great employee!! Super happy with her.
