I must say that Fatima and Natasha are excellent handling customers. I needed a storage unit unexpectedly and after making the initial reservation/request online, Fatima called. She not only walked me through with vital details but also completed my reservation in a timely and informative manner. She was above and beyond with her customer service and provided a personable touch. At the facility, Natasha finished up with all the paperwork, tour and information necessary to allow me to start storing my things asap. She was very friendly yet professional and informative while attending to any questions I had. Everything that was advertised about the facility and the company, to me pales in comparison to my experience. They should definitely be considered a great value and the staff is phenomenal at customer service.
The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful. The facility is really great. It is immaculate and also very attractive. We moved from a larger home to a condo so we have no attic of basement. This storage facility has become our extra room. Very convenient.
Many thanks to Rei and the Mini Price Storage team. They made signing up and moving in a breeze. I shopped around the neighborhood extensively before deciding on Mini Price. They have the best facility for both quality and price by far.
