The unit we leased has worked out very well for our needs. The staff is courteous, well informed and very helpful. We are very pleased with the climate control in this facility. We have some wood furniture being saved for relatives and children and needed a space that would keep our items in good condition. Ease of access is good; the equipment (moving carts, etc.) is in good condition and is generally available. The building and grounds are well maintained and clean. Thanks for being there!

I found this storage unit because it was close to where I used to live in Norfolk, VA and I was looking for affordable prices. This location had everything i was looking for, the staff there are amazing and super friendly. The storage unit I got was big and spacious for all my furniture. I liked the fact that they offered military discount, they gave me a few discounts for the first 3 months and that was pretty great. The units are gated so not everyone can go in which gives it extra security, the units have cooling and every lock has its own special key. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for affordable units with enough room. Thank you for giving me good customer service.

Pretty good customer service and rates for the options they have available. The call center and actual staff on site are friendly and helpful. Well organized, clean, and professional environment. They have moving supplies and a truck available. The storage areas and the grounds are well kept up. They have tenant discounts and flexible hours too. I would recommend you check them out if you are in the area.

Rochelle, in the corporate office, was very professional and personable. Even though I did not know that MiniPrice was the storage I wanted she ensured that I had all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. Amazing customer service and follow-up. The three ladies at the facilities was professional and personable as well and provided me with great customer service. Clean and inviting environment. Great customer service. Staff is always very helpful and nice. This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever been in. The only one I will ever put my personal belongings in. I recommend this storage unit to everyone looking for a clean, dependable, place to store their things. I give them a 10 out of 10. Great job, keep up the good work.
