If you are looking for a storage solution, Ocean Storage is the way to go! Though a bit pricey, there are plenty of discounts! The service and the rental process was quick, efficient, and painless. The agent working in the office, Danielle, was knowledgeable and delightful. Thus far my experience has been top tier, I would definitely recommend to others!

Danielle was AMAZING today! She was patient with me, while multitasking and showed me the available units. She was able to answer all of my questions in full details. She followed up with me later to advise of my concerns after leaving the establishment. The facility was clean and everything appeared in working order. Thank you Danielle for letting me that I am important in sele ting the right size unit..

I have been renting units here for several years. I am aware that I could get less expensive units elsewhere but I would not be getting the same level of security that Ocean Storage offers nor would I be getting the same level of customer service. I have been able to change units at a moment's notice and I have been allowed 24 hours to move stuff over which is a big help since I'm usually doing it alone. Rebecca and Darlene (I hope I didn't get their names wrong) have always been super helpful. Especially this last time when I needed help moving a washer and dryer. Darlene was on it! I don't know they still give Military Discounts but they did when I first started renting and that is always appreciated. There have also been times where I didn't lock my unit properly and I was called the very same day to let me know. Wonderful peace of mind.

The staff were very polite and professional and they showed me the right storage unit I needed to have. They explained everything perfectly
