Great experience. Glenn, the manager went above and beyond. Not only did he help me find the right size storage unit and made sure i had the right packing supllies but he also helped me find an insured and vetted moving company. He was friendly and professional. While i was there, another customer came in and he helped another customer on the phone. He took time to answer all their questions and make sure they were taken care of. I plan to recommend this business to everyone i know looking for storage rental or moving supplies and equipment. After, over 20 years in the military i have moved at least 12 times, Glenn made this experience more efficient and his customer service was outstanding. I cant say that for every business i have dealt with in the past. Highly recommended.
Glenn was great to work with. He was very helpful. He made the process very easy for us to go through. Even down to renting the truck!!
The staff here was extremely kind & helpful. The process was simple & easy & I was able to receive my unit w/ any issues at all. I originally booked the unit a few months in advanced & the staff did monthly checkups to make sure the date I asked for was still okay. Thanks so much for your help!

The employees here are very courteous and helpful. When I first signed up to reserve a unit I ran into an issue transferring the documents. The clerk Larrisa was very patient and stayed on the phone with me until they were all done.
