The team at DFS Auto Group was amazing! We had visited other dealers and were unsatisfied. Even the phone call conversation impressed us before we set foot on the property. They had an excellent selection of cars. Khalid and Ricardo answered all of our questions and were generous with their time and sharing information as we went through the financial paperwork . My son and I could not have asked for a better experience as we bought his first car. I recommend them highly.
I enjoyed my experience with DFS. The cars are very fairly priced. I called Ricardo to test drive a car the next day . Car went through inspection and got rejected. I asked why and the salesman was honest. The problem was minor and fixed. The point is the honesty. Loved the car. I went under and over and through this car. Not one second did I get rushed or pushed. He was very patient. It's been a year and I have not had an issue my car yet. Not only am I impressed, I am also looking forward to doing business with them in the future. P.S. I went through my own financial institution for financing but they will work to get financing for you.
We were very satisfied with our experience at DFS. Low pressure sales, friendly staff, and nice selection of cars.
