I went here yesterday afternoon and enjoyed my experience here. The guy who greeted/took our order was very nice and helpful with questions because my friends and I had never been there before. I ordered and sandwich and it was very good, until I got to the second half of it and pulled 2 long strands of black hair out of it.... I’m really disappointed and disgusted from this, especially since I had already ate half of it. Would’ve given all 5 stars because of how good the service and the sandwich was until I noticed this, but I can’t.

My girlfriend and I are Jersey girls traveling to Florida and were looking for a nice sandwich place and OMG this is the ONE!!! My friend had the Dutch Aunt Sandwich and I had the Haberdasher Sandwich. It was an explosion of flavors in my mouth! They were both out of this world! Super delicious! We really enjoyed these gourmet sandwiches. Katie and Alvin are awesome! They really know what they are doing. I also ordered the mixed berry pie and the coconut cake which look scrumptious. I know I’m going to enjoy them as well. Thank you Garnett’s for making our day!

My boyfriend and I love this place! The food is delicious and fresh and the staff is friendly. Super fast about take out orders. One of my go-to places for a quick bite in Richmond.

I love the variety of the menu. I’ve never been disappointed with anything. My go to in RVA when I’m craving a sandwich.

Great food with quality ingredients. Looking forward to returning with my coworkers. This place has a good design. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I liked to visit.
