I always stop in at this Einstein bagel. It's very convenient for me to grab a bagel while I am waiting for the valet people to bring my car around. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff are always helpful and always provide great service. Over all this is a great location to have bagels.

I don’t normally write reviews on food, but I ordered the new burrito on the menu and the nova lox, first thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the customer service, I get it it’s early and you don’t want to be here. I know we all have bad days but when you go somewhere you want to feel welcomed. Needless to say the lady made it very clear she was just there for the paycheck, which I understand also. But at least fake it, well anyways besides that. The quality of the food was okay a good 6, definitely not worth 7 dollars for a burrito that’s cold and barely filled. I’m giving 2 stars because my bf liked his sandwich. We’ll be sticking to Chick-Fil-A if we’re in this hospital again.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME VISITING. This place is inside one of the VCU hospital buildings. If your coming in off clay street side you need to go in and hang a right and it's down the hall. The other side of the building there is an entrance pretty much in front of the place. If you need a bagel fix this will fit the bill.

When we were in Mother/Baby for a few nights, I was really excited to find this Einsteins. Normally not a huge fan, but it was refreshing to have non-hospital fare that was convenient to get to. Unlike the food court area where all of the employees seem like zombies, each morning I came down to Einsteins everyone was friendly and cheerful (lot to be said for this at 6am after a night of little sleep), the coffee was hot, and the bagels were fresh.
