AWESOME PEOPLE AND LOCAL. The Owner refunded my order immediately when he saw they were out of what I ordered. Upon picking it up (didn’t see he had tried to contact me), he tried to give me free pastries and coffee, and expressed his compassion and sympathy towards the misunderstanding. I paid a 3$ tip because it’s the right thing to do. It was no ones fault! and he went out of his way to take care of the customer. That’s who we want serving our community.
A friend showed up this place. It is very homey with only a few people working. Worth the wait. The menu is small, which makes it easy to choose between options. They have a frequent sipper card for regular customers and a nice area to sit outside. Another cool thing is there is a book exchange in front of the coffee shop ud83dude42
These guys are the bomb! I was just looking at their menu (i didnt know theyd just closed) and the guy opened the windows and asked me if I wanted anything. These guys are super dedicated and have a great customer realation. Goodbye starbucks, hello Black Hand. Yall got yourselves a regular now.
I can say this place does it for me. The service was sociable and attentive. Wish it was closer to my house, I would come every week.
Great lattes, amazing single origin whole bean, fresh and timely deliveries. Consistent flavor profiles and roast color.
