Truly exceptional coffee. Their roast from Small Planes yielded a velvety, even espresso with an incredible bouquet. The shop was immaculate, beautifully designed, and overall inviting. I cannot wait to enjoy more from their menu!
Amazing coffee experience, friendly and knowledgeable people. When a barista starts talking to me about TDS ratios, I know I'm in the right place. The Lab gets a visit from me every time I come to Richmond. Great to see they are now paying employees $15/hr.
I’m happy that the employees are making $15/hr and that tips aren’t expected, but I wish I still had the option to give an additional tip to support the staff! Please allow optional tips on top of the new wage. P.S. Great coffee!
Somehow they keep the coffee affordable (and good) while paying the staff $15/h.
