Nice place in the NEON district to gather and hold community events in Norfolk. Close to a Bakery and other centrally located shops

Love this spot
I'd say the plot more than anything can be very serene, and busy simultaneously! Amazing art work, tons of delicious food in the surrounding area to try! I'm a photographer, really enjoy the Art Atmosphere, and the fact that any picture I take in this area becomes frame worthy! Check out the Art District!! Check out the food! Get out there and create!
people do yoga out here and all kinds of interesting things, just no skateboarding or roller skating. There is a bike pump and some basic tools also. There's even a place to sit and charge your phone. It's a little bench with a solar panel on top and two usb ports under the armrest. Plants and a little garden there. Pretty interesting place.
