Food was amazing ! But I made a mistake of making the spicy level of the food 5 out of 5. The spicy level itself is labeled ‘Please don’t die’ level. I thought i was going to be able to handle it as all I love to eat is spicy food and it was extremely hot, they warned me and I wish I listened but the food was amazing I couldn’t stop. Highly recommend the magma chicken
We got chicken and gyoza and katsu chicken to go. You do have the option to eat inside if desired though they’ve only left few tables. The food was ready pretty quickly and served in a nice box. We also liked the taste and we’re pretty full after eating so good quantity as well.
Joybox has some very good teriyaki and is our go to place for it now. The packaging is amazing and the food is even better. All their employees work hard and provide great attentive service.
Not observing covid guidelines. Food on the menu, except for teriyaki is subpar. There is a restaurant inside a gas station about 2 miles away called oBop that won't kill you with the way they handle your food, and is about $3 cheaper for a bibimbap bowl. Used to love coming here, but won't be going back.
I'm so disappointed, this place turned from my favorite food joint into a careless money grab. No hygene practices. They put my sauce container inside and on top of my food.... They had me sign my takeout order with the same unclean pen everyone else used. Inaccurate wait times for food, they told me 40 minutes and then I arrived 40 minutes later . when I arrived they told me my food had been waiting for 20 minutes and that I should have come sooner. It was cold when I got home.
