Been here a few times. My only real complaint is they close when I go to lunch (3PM). So I only really eat here on my days off. Hopefully they can increase their hours sooner than later.nnThat aside my experience here has been all good. The employees are nice and they always make my sandwiches just as I want.

One of the best JJ in the Seattle area. Fresh, Clean, Fast, Friendly Service! Food is so good and reasonably priced. Definitely get your subs here, they do wraps and salads as well.nGreat for everyone, vegan, vegetarian, meat lovers! Free parking! Great location, easily accessible!nDelivery, take-out, dine in available. Safe, COVID precautions and clean restrooms!

Food is good, but service is not. I live right next to the store (literally) and it usually takes almost an hour for food to be delivered. Definitely not freaky fast!

This location habitually forgets to include items in delivery orders. The last two orders I've made were incorrect. The first time they had forgotten an entire half of a giant sandwich that was ordered. When I called to ask if they would kindly redeliver the second half of the sandwich that was ordered, their excuse for not delivering it in the first place was because they were out of the bread I'd selected. Huh... It is not OK to charge for a meal, then deliver only half, assuming that the customer wouldn't notice the missing food that was paid for because they didn't have enough stock of bread. They should have called and asked if I wanted to modify the order proactively. Ultimately, they redelivered a second half of the sandwich on different bread, which was fine, but the situation could have been avoided with a little more care.nnThe second mistake was they forgot a drink. Not a huge deal, but again, it was paid for so I expected it. I called and they asked if I wanted a credit or to redeliver the drink. Sending the driver back out with just a drink seemed like a waste, so I opted for credit. The credit isn't a credit back to the purchase card, rather it's an in store credit that must be used by calling in the next order, vs an online purchase. Not very convenient, and I don't trust them to successfully take an order over the phone if online orders can't be processed correctly.nnI've been eating at various Jimmy Johns locations for many years, but I've never had issues with delivery like this in the past. This location needs to slow down and check orders going out, everything that they need to know is on the printed receipt, a simple double check before walking out their door would be all that's needed.
