We love their Pizzas and Pagliacci salad. We are more of a thin crust pizza family so Pagliacci is the best place for this. We've tried other places and always come back to Pagliacci. Due to Covid-19, they are not allowing people to dine-in. This is a bummer since the pizza is best hot! So, we place a phone order for pick-up, and eat it in the parking lot of the restaurant. They are great about providing paper plates, plasticware, and napkins! We tell people that we dine at Pagliacci but in a slightly different way. By the way, their pizza reheats nicely in the toaster oven at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes.
The best pizza I've found in the neighborhood since moving from New York. Roasted garlic is excellent.nnThe crust is just the right type of crunchy-chewy and they have good sauce and cheese. Depending on toppings the center of the pie is sometimes a little limp, so it's hard to properly fold and eat, but that really does depend on what you add. Obviously very expensive compared to most places, but good for the occasional high-quality pizza night.
A top scene for Pizza. This place will surprise you. Next time I'll be back with my friends. Makes me feel like I in Nashville again.
It's an inconsistent experience at this Pagliacci's in contrast to the other Eastside locations. Pizza often undercooked, even when asking for well done yet at other times burnt on the bottom. Website estimate of when pizza will be ready for pick-up is often far too optimistic.
Great pizza! They've been around forever and their pizza is great every time. Friendly staff, clean. I like to be able to just buy a slice. They always have a vegetarian option and seasonal specials.
