The hand pulled noodles are too thick and hot oil has zero flavor. It's literally like eating thick dough with flavorless oil. The quality isn't good either.
They took a break without giving me any heads up, let me waited for 20 fking minutes for a noodle that wasn't even good. The price is insanely high for any chinese restaurant, each sauce added were $1.5 on top of a $8.99 base dry noodle. By the time I have finished opting my noodle like buying a Ferrari, the price came in at a whopping $13.69 and the sauce was only half of what other restaurants have. Oh did I mention, it's in a food court! Not even nice seats or service at all. Terrible place for food consuming, greatest mistake I've made in Bellevue!
This restaurant rips off its customers like there is no tomorrow. A bowl of noodle that costs more than 15 dollars and yet I failed to find a single slice of meat in its broth - just broth with some noodles. They even have the audacity to charge extra $1+ for a little bit of chilli sauce. This restaurant is a rip off and please avoid it like a plague.
waited 1 hour, was told they forgot to make one of the dish... and they seem very rude: “don’t push me, not my fault”. .. ok whatever.
TOGO order even misses item today. WTH. Where is my RouJiaMo sir? Can you refund?
