Wes came out and was very professional and thorough after diagnosing our circuit breaker issue. He was on time and explained and showed me everything that needed to be fixed. I actually was able to understand what he was explaining to me. I’m not knowledgeable at all about this type of issue. He made sure we had no other issues and stayed to make sure everything (ac unit) was working properly. I highly recommend Norfolk Air if you have any issues. They are also available 24/7 , I called @ 9:00 and he was at my house by 10:00. Thank You Wes!!

Had to replace a toilet and Henry and Travis were sent out within three hours of my request for service. Henry and Travis did an excellent job of removing the old toilet and installing the new one. They cleaned up nicely and were friendly. The lady who took my call also was friendly. This is an excellent company I use for plumbing, electrical, gas, heating and air conditioning. UPDATE: I noted a small leak from the tank of the new toilet and emailed Norfolk Air. Henry and Travis responded in less than two hours (on a Saturday!) and tightened the fittings. Can't ask for better service. CONTINUED: I had a leak for a different toilet. At my request on a weekend, Travis called within two hours and came by the same day to repair the leak. Again- excellent service! Added 10/14/19: A new technician performed our regular, twice-a-year service. Emanuel was a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. Besides checking the heating system for the winter, Emanuel cleaned our humidifier, Great job, as usual! Update on 11/11/19: Doing some renovation and had to redirect a gas valve. Henry came out as scheduled and did the job. Very pleasant and professional experience as usual. THIS IS ONE WELL-RUN COMPANY! Update: 9/18/20- Had biannual inspection by Cassidy. Fine young man. Everything is working well- both heating and cooling. This is good insurance to have these inspections.

Scheduled annual maintenance before heading into the colder season and was absolutely blown away with the stellar service. Emanuel was wonderful; friendly, professional, and made sure any questions I had were answered in a way I understood. Everything about this experience, even from the initial phone call and scheduling, was great and positive. We will definitely be customers as long as we are in VA!

These are my people!nnCassidy, the service tech that came over to do our semi-annual service was very polite, professional, and knew his stuff. I really appreciated his thoroughness, and also his diligence to keep the house as clean as possible. I say that last point because he had to go in and out of our house like a hundred times and each time he was careful to take his shoe coverings on and off. That kind of diligence means a lot because it shows he pays attention to detail.nnAt the end of the day, our house was given the assurance that everything is good to go for the winter and that's all I needed. Even more important, he wasn't trying to add more fees or unnecessary repairs to the house.nnWell done!

They’ve been great! We moved into our home a few years ago and replacing the HVAC units was one of the first big ticket replacement items we tackled as homeowners. As anyone these days does, I did an awful lot of online researching before deciding to go with Norfolk Air, and I’m so glad I did. They did excellent work on the install, all done in a day, no mess, and no issues with the system at all, all very professional and on time. They were also really proactive with me in scheduling yearly maintenance and cleaning. I would definitely recommend them!
