Very fast delivery, which is expected from Jimmy John's. Recently placed an online order and made a mistake. The staff quickly answered the phone and was able to correct for me.

I understand why they deliver so fast. Because their delivery range is about an 100’ radius around the store. Their loss. Subs not worth the drive to the location.

I APPRECIATE YOUR HELPFUL STAFF! I was trying to fit in Christmas shopping as well as eating into my lunch break. I put in an order online but didn’t pay enough attention to which location (I’m new to the Bellevue area) & the gentleman working the front was more than helpful. I tried to be nice and hide my rush attitude but I knew they could tell. I didn’t get his name but the African American gentleman quickly took my order & i was in & out within 5 min! Thank you guys for acknowledging i was trying to hurry! I appreciate the effort! Next time i’ll place my order for the correct location!ud83dude02

I could have ordered mexican food and had it in my hand faster than this Jimmy John's can make a sandwich. Ordered mustard on my sandwich and they gave me packets to put it on myself. Make the damn sandwich! Don't take 20 mins and then have me finish it. Embarrassing.

Apparently this is the only store that delivers in downtown Bellevue, but the problem is that they are closed on weekends. Rather than, you know, delivering from the other two stores that are open (one of them 2 blocks closer to me even), Jimmy Johns just doesn't deliver at all. How does a company that focuses on delivery not have such a simple concept like sharing delivery zones if one store closes? Or even just make the store that's open all of the time the primary delivery store? I used to eat Jimmy Johns probably too much, luckily there's a Subway half a block away.
