My rent is of a luxury apartment but apartment is of government housing quality. Numerous issues within the unit from bathroom,kitchen,washer/dryer, floor, and safety/privacy. Make sure you get a break down of how they have the billing for the utilities (mainly water). I'm not sure if it's the same through Manassas, but I have never been in a apartment that bills this way. I should have rented at the Elms down the street. Never renting with this company that owns this community again.

The complex is neat and tidy, the apartments are quite nice for the price. The winning quality for me was their staff, appointment time was spot on and they are very responsive and always look out for you. I want to thank Shameeka specifically for making it easy for me to apply and get approved for my new home and she makes for an awesome conversation partner during the tour. Hope the service standards are maintained after my move in. (will post an update in a few months after move in)

If you don’t live here yet you’re missing out. Easy as that. Hell I’d stay here just to keep talking with my friends down in the office. All of them are amazing and really care about you and your apartment which is great because everywhere else I’ve been has sucked. So needless to say I’m not moving anytime soon.

I can honestly say I love living here. The staff are so friendly and the complex always looks really nice. They keep up with landscaping throughout the year, are super responsive to maintenance, and offer nice amenities. It’s one of the more affordable complexes in the area and in my opinion, one of the nicest. Not sure where the negative reviews come from because I don’t have a single complaint in the 9 months I’ve been here!
