You'll send out a nasty gram about how aesthetically unappealing it is to have garages open but when it snows you don't have the forethought to put salt in the parking lots? So people don't get frozen in? Great priorities.
Absolutely awful!! I was in my unit less than 2 years before selling. When I moved in the HOA fee was $290, in the next year it was $450 for those living in the townhouse condos. The staff is awful! The entire HOA needs an overhaul!
