Visited during business hours and doors were locked no one answered when I knocked.

It was awesome buying a car from Gordon Motors. He detailed the prices straight up, told me everything I needed to know about the car and was fair with the payment arrangements we set up together. He provided information about where he brought the car from and even though I paid it off he said if I ever have any problems with it call him and he has a mechanic he recommends you too also. He always answers right away and will answer all the questions you have. He is extremely nice and helpful at all times and will even tell you about other cars he is getting in. I haven’t had not one problem with my vehicle great miles, and clean inside and out. The entire process was extremely quick and like I said the payment arrangement was not bad either!!!! He takes care of the cars of his lot unlike other places that will just leave the car dirty. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car at a fair and great price to definitely check Gordon Motors out.

I have always purchased used cars from private individuals as well as from used auto dealers. In October of 2019, I was looking to replace an older car I had recently sold. After looking through countless cars, listed on numerous used car dealer’s websites, I found exactly what I was looking for on the Gordon Motor Auto Sales website, I sent a message (via the website) to Mr. Gordon asking specific questions about the car, and if it was still available. To my surprise, within 20 minutes I received a response from Mr. Gordon which addressed all of my questions. I replied and scheduled an appointment to see the car the next day. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised when the Toyota Camry was in even better condition than it appeared to be from the online photos, I test drove it, and it ran great! I purchased it that day and, Mr. Gordon made the entire process quick and effective. I told several people at work about his dealership, and I wouldn’t hesitate buying another vehicle from him. Well, in February of this year I had my chance after another car ran a light and totaled my Camry. I didn’t waste anytime going to his website where I quickly found a 2007 Honda Civic which appeared to be in excellent condition. Again I contacted Mr. Gordon through his website and scheduled an appointment to see it the following Saturday, he even told me that he would not sell it until then. Just like before, the Honda was exactly as advertised, ran perfectly, and I purchased it on the spot. I want anyone who reads this to know that I don’t routinely handout compliments if you’re merely doing your job as expected. Including this comment, I probably made less than five public reviews.nnThere are countless used car dealerships in the Norfolk area, and most are only interested in ‘selling’ you a car to get it off their lot; and more often than not, they tend to hide problems with, or misrepresent the actual condition of a vehicle. However, with all that being said, I cannot provide a more well deserved, or stronger endorsement of Mr. Gordon, and the impeccable ethics he operates his business by. I would not hesitate to recommend, or purchase another vehicle from him, and neither should you.

Wow, what a circus dealing with “VINCE” we found a car onlinenAnd went to check it out three days ago and found out that the car wasn’t inspected and he was gonna have it done the “next” day next day comes around and car still isn’t ready, day three comes around and he tells us to meet him @ 5pm we waited for 20 minutes and tried to call himnAnd got no response...... there’s just too much to add but BEWARE OF THIS SNAKE “VINCE” he’s not as nice or honest as he appears to be. I wish I could leave less than a one star. All of the negative reviews you read on here are true and exact

I Purchased from Gordon Motors A 2007 Honda Civic for me and my wife Mr. Gordon went out of his way to make sure we were both comfortable with the purchase take time to go over all the options with us also answered all her questions and made us feel extremely comfortable with this purchase this is the second vehicle we have bought from this business the first one was for our daughter we recommend them to all our friends and family because of the honesty and fair prices.
