Drink order was correct and delicious. However, there wasn't any other customer there with 5 people behind the counter and I unfortunately had to wait for someone to greet me and take my Drink order for a few mins (always seems longer in waiting). Once I was helped, the staff was friendly and the Drink was made fast. Other than avoid passively waiting to be recognized, the staff was efficient.
The staff are super nice, quick and respectful.
Edit: just tasted my mocha and it doesn’t even taste good. Will be keeping at 1 starnn1 star:My husband just got me a white chocolate mocha from this Starbucks. I opened it up and this is how much my cup was filled (it has not been drunken from). This is a venti size and it is nowhere near the amount it should be.This was our first time ordering from the Military Highway location and I am very disappointed. I usually go to the location near S Independence and have always had the best experience. Will not return to this location
Thia review is for the line, normally 4-6 cars deep but flows steadily. However on Saturdays the line is longer and slower.
I'm thankful for Ian that works here and the girls and guys that prepare the Matcha green latte. Keep enjoying life, work, friends and family. Love you guys.
