This place is a once in a lifetime experience. Superb service, beautiful ambiance, wonderful ice cream. The rolled frozen treats are insane! One of the servers, Ravi, is a magician with sugary sweetness. He has a delicate and tempered style to his craft, he takes it very seriously. I would recommend one if you’re in a hurry and just want something delicious, or for the whole family! Don’t miss out! And try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch rolled ice if you’re feeling daring. It’s an elevated form of one of the greatest god tier cereals in the world.

Cute spot in downtown Norfolk, staff is super friendly and helpful. Desserts were a bigger selection that I expected and tasted delicious. Kids section let's them draw on the walls. Decor throughout the place was very hip and inviting. They have drinks (cold and hot), ice cream (rolled and scooped), crepes, macaroons, cake and shakes!

What a great place! There are so many options that anyone can find something they like! Jerome was fantastic in making all our orders! Great talent that rolled with it when the top blew out of the Carmel sauce! Everything tasted great! Perfect treat! I highly recommended.

Walked in at the last minute and they still took real good care of us. Robbie, Lauren, and Mary have excellent customer service and had us laughing the whole time we were there. Not to mention the endless possibilities and combinations for rolled ice cream. Flavor was great, customer service was top notch, 10/10 would do it again. Robbie is a magician.

This place is incredible. We went to get some ice cream, and our 8-year old was mesmerized by the process of the staff making the ice cream right in front of his eyes. It was awesome to make our own flavor up, and the gentleman who helped us with the ice cream was incredibly kind and friendly and even put a little hidden message inside of the ice cream before he rolled it up. It was a memorable experience, and we will definitely be back! Couldn't be better!
