The food was excellent. We weren’t able to dine in, but out take out was freshly made. We both had the oxtails with rice n peas w/ vegetables. The large portions was enough to have a light snack the next day!

Note: Due to covid, we had to take the food to-go, so no photos attached to this review.nI shared the Ox Tail Stew (with coconut rice), Sweet Chili Wings, and the Rum Cake with the family and man, this was some of the best Jamaican food we’ve ever had. The OX tail was fall off the bone tender, a little too salty for my taste, but it was perfect for my mom. The wings were out of this world. They were perfectly cooked and not dry. It was sweet with a little touch of chili. The Rum Cake wasn’t very pretty to look at, but it the tasted amazing. An excellent way to end a meal. The staff was very professional and pleasant. I will be sure to go back and get some more Wings and Rum Cake.

Food is good depending on who cooks. Service is extremely poor , even if you call ahead they are extremely slow on giving you your orders even though they say it takes about 10 to 15 minutes it's more like 30 to 40 minutes. When you ask to speak to someone about it they are extremely rude and nasty at the front desk That's why I stopped eating here. Great food but very poor service

First time from Reston,Va with cuisine, first time at location. Outstanding from moment of arrival to departure. Warm,friendly,clean and because not busy at time,quick! This is a place that would be great for table service when Covid declined! Oxtail out of this world! Jerk Chicken, ate it all! Coconut rice,1st time; dynamite! Plantains,cabbage ,rum cake,world class and I dont like any of those things,until now!! Bar is sky high for me when trying other places! Will go back!!!
