The search for a professional and trustworthy automotive shop is finally achieved! The team at Dixon’s is truly top notch! The entire experience was a pleasure. Transparency and the details of any potential repairs needed was excellent. Complete diagnostic for my vehicle included photos and video of potential issues. They are extremely kind and do a great job. This is the first year in awhile a shop hasn't tried to get 40 bucks to put a license plate light in. This was my first visit, but they appear to be very trustworthy. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because no customers were made to wear mask. A couple came into the lounge w/o mask and I had to wait outside. They assured me when they get into the new building, which is soon, they can reinforce mask usage. I will definitely stay a customer if they enforce the wearing of mask.

I started using Dixons 2 years ago, and since then I have gotten my husband and father to go there as well for all of their needs. The guys are always professional and courteous, and they never let me down. Their work is top of the line and they are honest and trust worthy. They have caught many problems and also kept me from spending unnecessary money when I was thinking something additional was wrong instead of just going with it to get more money from me. I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they continue in this business.

Great service, un a timely manner. Not pushy for up sales. Will give you an accurate overview of your vehicle and any possible issues. Would definitely recommend

Awesome place. They are friendly and professional. Communicate very well let you know what needs to be done. Also love that they give you a print out and a link for up coming maintenance needed on you vehicle. Have used this place multiple times with different vehicles for the past 8 years. Awesome place.
