Brought my own tires for them to mount and balance. Had no issues, price was decent, and job was completed quickly. No complaints.

I go to King William Tire and Auto for all my automotive needs. They are fast and friedly. I go to them for state inspections, oil changes and auto repairs. I would say King William Tire and Auto is the place to go for auto needs.

I've been taking my vehicles there for service ever since I moved to KWC in 2003, have had no problems, got good service, and if the job will take several hours or longer to get it done they even take me home and pick me up when the work is finished.

They repeatedly reassured us that there car would be ready in a hour which was a stipulation because we had a dentist appointment that afternoon.. one and a half hours later I asked for a progress report and they said it's about half way done.. I asked what the problem was and I was told I had n other people in front of me despite having set the appointment 2 weeks in advance.. I was/am livid.. I never made it to the dentist appointment and had to pay a fee for missing the appointment.. the work done was fine.. it's not my fault they overbooked but as a result and I wouldn't be upset if they had told me but I was sure to represent my position clearly and I was lied to.. i will not be going back..

The man who runs this place (van) and his family are the reason we would come here. Van is always honest and helpful. We have counted on him for years (weve been going there even before and he started running the place) and he always treated us like family.
