- 5 Stars. O/O's or Company drivers...be prepared to be here for awhile. Driver was told that 11 am was appointment by Broker. Appointment was actually 7 am. He has been there 6 hours now. There is still a lot of other driver's waiting to be loaded as well. We will not be coming back here. EVER.

I have been coming here for a few years mainly at night. The check in process with the guard can be a little time consuming. Only one on duty at a time checking trucks in and out. Everyone has been nice. Live loads take about two hours if they have the product ready. When it is going to take a long time to load ask them if you can sleep along the fence line by the scale. They will bring you your trailer when it is done and you can take your ten hour break. For drop and hook they have been fixing the yard but when it rains or snows major holes form and I have seen there own spotter truck get stuck to the point they need to pull it out with chains. Product is usually floor loads.

This shipper can be a hit or miss with live loading. Some days you can spend less than 2 hours...and sometimes more than 8-10 hours. Monday’s are the worst lately. I counted 14 trucks ahead of me! This is a 24 hour facility...strongly suggest early mornings...before 9am...or late night after 8pm. I would say a fair average load time estimate...once on door... is 2- 4 hours. Scale on site..usually doesn’t print a ticket so take a picture. You can park on site along the edges of the fence or once you get out of security. Closest truck stop is approx 25 miles north in Doswell, VA across from Kings Dominion. Good Luck.

3 hours load time. Side of the fence at the gate can fit around 3 trucks. Friendly chill ppl. Not bad.

1 hour to check in, only 40 minutes to load and then 1.5 hours to check out. They have the guards do everything because there shipping office is to lazy to do it. Guard was nice but they have 1 guy doing 3 jobs. Avoid this place if you can, I will never be back!!
