The service here sucked big time. It took about an hour to get a driver and the customer service woman talked so fast and had a heavy accent, so it was hard to understand her. Place needs work.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with... I ordered a taxi and the company told me immediately to start looking for the cab. Long story short I waited for over an hour and guess what!? No one showed up... Call to cancel and the representative was so disrespectful. Hung up immediately I cancelled. Honestly don't understand how they get business. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! BEWARE!

Every time I request a cab, it comes quickly. The rates are very affordable. It's actually cheaper than a Lyft or an Uber. They always take the most direct route which saves on my fare too.

Can hardly get a cab for nonemergency nor regular purposes especially since the stimulus checks came in
