Truly a great place to get your taxes done. The people are friendly and very knowledgable. I have used their services for 30 years and have not had any issues with my taxes.

Don’t ever go to this location to have your taxes prepared. The customer service is terrible and due to that I decided to tell the preparer I wanted my check stub back so I could go to a different location in Virginia and the preparer added a fee of $224 to my account. Currently on the phone with corporate and they are researching what she did. In 12 years of getting my taxes prepared by Jackson Hewitt I have never experienced anything like this. This is horrible,! Because I am an active duty service member, I willnBe contacting the Fort Eustis and Langley Air Force Post Commander and ensure this location is added tonEstablishments that military members stay away!
