Understaffed but the current tax filer Sandy Hardy there she's completely rude and the thing is this office inconvienced me and had the audacity to be snarky when their mistakes was not in my control whatsoever. I dropped my documents off 3 weeks ago, completely unorganized and tried to overprice me. I still feel what I paid was too much for the trash service I recieved and all this time that was wasted. I never had issues like this from this office I've been supporting 3-4 years now for my taxes but how I was treated was disgusting, will not be returning.

We dropped it off over a month ago and iee hadn't heard anything...we ended up with a good return...so we were happy about that.
