I went through TTG because I was referred. DO NOT go through them unless you’ve been doing it for years. The IRS didn’t even receive my 2018 taxes from them, keeping be from being able to do my 2019 taxes or getting my stimulus check. Nothing was ever said to be about them not being processed and I got a very small refund of only a couple hundred dollars. SO SHADY, don’t risk it.

For years I have done my own taxes with online programs. The last few years have been a hassle, took several hours which would consume my weekend and always resulted in the program raising the rate as I went through the prompts.nnI was referred by a family friend to use Taylor Tax Group and carried my personal negative experience of preparing taxes with me. However, Taylor Tax Group provided excellent service, was flexible, and made the process painless. They complexly exceeded my expectations.

This is our second year having our taxes filed by Taylor Tax Group. Both times I did our taxes using an online program to get a ballpark figure. With their knowledge on all the rules and regulations, they were able to really maximize my return. Of course everyone's return will be different, but have confidence they will maximize your return. I especially love how they are there to help us navigate through all the terminology and difficult calculations that are included in a tax return, so we aren't completely lost in the process. Don't take my word for it. Do your taxes on your own and before you file them set up an appointment and see if there is a difference. Just like when you file online, you don't have to go with them once the numbers are ran, but they are so good at what they do why wouldn't you? We will be back next year!

Poor customer service and do not return phone calls. Went to get taxes done and was told someone would call me next day after they check with IRS if they did them correctly...no one ever called back . I called four times after and was always told by lady at the front someone will call back. I ended up going to tax liberty. They made copies of all my paperwork and wasted my time
